When we launched Showfloor, our mission was to help people create new business connections through virtual events. Since then, our events have created thousands of new connections.
It was clear that our strength was facilitating 1:1 conversations over video.
What wasn’t clear was how valuable and impactful our platform was to recruiting teams. As remote work and remote hiring become the new normal, virtual job fairs and hiring events are the perfect way to find great candidates with less time and effort.
Diversity, equity, and inclusion have never been more top of mind for recruiting teams. We’ve seen first-hand how Showfloor has levelled the playing field for underserved communities. While seemingly a bonus at first, this inclusiveness is a true benefit we want amplify as it stems from the top of our core values.
Today, we are doubling down on virtual job fairs and hiring events. We are here to help recruiting teams hire diverse and qualified candidates with less time and effort.
